A man is facing charges after he violated a court order and contacted his ex-wife, who is now missing.

Fahad Mohammed Saeed is charged with having contact with his ex-wife Roaa Al Dhannoon and their 3-year-old old son, in violation of a protection order issued by the Cuyahoga County Domestic Relations Court, according to a news release by Lakewood police.

Dhannoon has been missing since Oct.16. Police think Saeed had contact with Dhannoon and their on about the same time as she disappeared. Saeed has not been charged in her disappearance.

Timothy Malley, Lakewood police chief, said Dhannoon dropped the 3-year-old boy off at Saeed's apartment and left in an SUV with another person.

Due to the protection order, Saeed was arrested and his son was placed into Cuyahoga County Children and Family Services.

Anyone with information on the disappearance of Dhannoon should call Lakewood Police Department at (216) 529-6750.
