A Maple Heights man was arrested after he allegedly attempted to beat his neighbor with a gallon jug of juice.
The man was put in handcuffs after he tried to beat his neighbor following a conversation the two had about the man looking at him through a window while he was in the parking lot, according to a Cuyahoga County Municipal court documents.
The incident occurred March 25 at an apartment complex in the 17000 block of Lakeshore Boulevard in Maple Heights. The two men live two apartments away from each other.
The man got angry about his neighbor looking at him and opted to use a gallon of juice to beat him with.
He was arrested following the incident. A grand jury refused to indict the man.
