"Since that day no information, no leads, no nothing," said Shelia Halton.

Her son, Stephen, was shot while waiting for a bus nearly four years ago.

Stephen Halton, Jr. was an anesthesiology technician at Cleveland Clinic. He was called in early that morning to help with a liver transplant. His murder is one of hundreds that remain unsolved.

Yesterday, the city announced the formation of the Cleveland Homicide Review Task Force. Cleveland Police are getting help from the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Office and the FBI to solve unsolved murders.

"We've taken a look at a half dozen cities across the country and how they investigate murders," said Cleveland Police Chief Calvin Williams.

Sheila Halton welcomes the help from the other law enforcement agencies, she said it is needed.

"There's only eight or ten homicide detectives and there have been hundreds of murders since my son was killed. There is no way they can handle the workload with the people they have," said Halton.

There have been 85 murders this year. Cleveland Police said about half have been solved.

If you have any information about this murder or any other homicide, you are asked to call Crime Stoppers at 216-252-7463 or Cleveland Police.
