Middleburg Heights pet store puppy theft caught on camera

MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS, Ohio - A Middleburg Heights pet store owner is offering a $500 reward for the arrest and conviction of a female suspect who was caught on camera running off with a Fox Terrier puppy.
Steve Zarzeczny, owner of RMS AquaCulture, released surveillance video to NewChannel5 of the incident, which happened Friday afternoon.
The footage shows a female enter the pet store on Engle Road. She grabs the puppy and then looks around before placing the 8 and a half week-old puppy inside of her bag. She then walks out without paying for him.
Zarzeczny released the footage in hopes of the puppy being safely returned. He also wants the suspect to be caught.
