Authorities are offering a reward for the arrest and successful prosecution of several unknown individuals who burglarized a Seville gun store and stole 20 guns Wednesday morning.

According to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, the suspects broke into BMT Firearms on Greenwich Road around 1:15 a.m. on Nov. 15 and removed 16 handguns and four long guns from the store.

"Five guys, kind of picked and chose what they wanted and grabbed 20 guns and out the door they went," said shop owner Todd Bedocs.

Bedocs says in this industry, things like this are inevitable but he's still surprised since he has plenty of security.

"That’s kinda why you have the motion detectors and security cameras. Bars on all the windows, steel doors — so basically that way this is like a little safe," he said.

Police said prior to breaking into BMT Firearms, the same suspects attempted to force their way into another gun store in Wadsworth but were unsuccessful.

Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to contact the ATF at 1-800-ATF-GUNS (800-283-4867) or email ATFTips@atf.gov.

A reward of up to $5,000 is being offered by the ATF and will be matched by the National Shooting Sports Foundation for a total possible reward of $10,000.
