Tuscarawas County man wins Ohio Lottery instant game worth $5 million

STRASBURG, Ohio - Robert Jenei of Strasburg made history again by winning $250,000 yearly for 20 years after scratching the Ohio Lottery's $5 million Cash Blowout instant.

Jenei has been playing the Ohio Lottery since 1992 and claims to have won more than 50 times.

After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 29 percent, Jenei will receive a lump sum payment of $1,775,000 that he will plans on using for retirement.

Jenei purchased the lottery ticket in Strasburg at Fro's Drive Thru and Car Wash.

As a result of this, the retailer of the ticket will also receive $10,000 for selling the top prize-winning ticket.
