At about 2:40 p.m. on June 18, the suspect threw the concrete through the window of a car parked in the 300 block of S. Main Street in Akron, according to police. He may have injured his hand when reaching in to steal the victim’s purse.

The suspect was walking with three other males at the time of the incident, and then they all walked away down Rosa Parks Boulevard towards Broadway St.
