WESTLAKE, Ohio - The area's first indoor trampoline park is set to open in Westlake next month.
Sky Zone, which has more than 35 locations in the United State and Canada, will be located on Viking Parkway in Westlake.
The 29,000 square foot facility includes trampoline dodge ball and basketball, as well as a foam pit. Sky Zone also offers "SkyRobics", which is a fitness classes that claims to burn up to 1,000 calories.
"Since our inception in 2004, Sky Zone continues to entertain, excite and evolve family entertainment while infusing Active Fun into a healthy lifestyle," said Jeff Platt, President of Sky Zone in a news release on Monday. "As we look to expand in the Cleveland area, we are pleased to offer residents a new twist on recreational activities."
Sky Zone will hire 70 workers at the Westlake park for its June opening.
Plans are already in the works to open a location on Cleveland's east side early next year, the company said.
