CLEVELAND - If you're hitting the road for the Fourth of July holiday, a retail chain wants to help save you some money.
AAA projects 40 million Americans will take a trip of 50 miles of more this holiday week. The average traveler is expected to spend $747. But if you belong to B.J.'s Wholesale Club you can save some of that money on gas.
On Wednesday morning, participating B.J.'s are offering regular unleaded gas at $2.50 a gallon to the first 200 of its members in line. That's about $1 cheaper than the national average.
Here's the deal: you have to be a member or sign-up for membership in line.
The gas stations open at 6:30 a.m. Wednesday morning. There are four locations in northeast Ohio: Akron, Avon, Middleburg Heights and North Canton.
This is only for Wednesday, July 3, 2013, and it's only for the first 200 members in line.
