CLEVELAND — A 77-year-old woman who walked away from her home and went missing Sunday has been found, according to police.
Police said EMS transported the woman to the hospital for evaluation.

The woman walked away from her residence in the 16400 block of Talford Avenue and did not return, police said. Police said she suffered from dementia.
