Upset in Cuyahoga Falls: Longtime mayor Don Robart defeated by council president Don Walters

CUYAHOGA FALLS, Ohio - There was an upset at the ballot box in Cuyahoga Falls.

Longtime Cuyahoga Falls Mayor Don Robart lost his seat—by a narrow margin—to the challenger, City Council President Don Walters.

It's a seat Robart had held for nearly 30 years.

The final reported tally had Walters with 6,456 votes to Robart's 6,098 votes. That gave Walters the 51 percent to 49 percent edge.
