CLEVELAND, Ohio — Cleveland police are investigating a fatal shooting.
The shooting happened before 6 p.m. in the 1000 block of East 105th Street.
When police arrived, they found a 27-year-old man with multiple gunshot wounds.
The victim was transported to University Hospital, where he later died.
The identity of the victim has not been released.
