CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Browns have traded defensive lineman Emmanuel Ogbah to the Kansas City Chiefs for a much-needed safety.

Cleveland will be getting safety Eric Murray in return.

Murray started nine games for the Chiefs last season. He had 54 tackles, two passes defended and an interception. Pro Football Focus has Murray rated as "Above Average."

Murray was a 2016 fourth-round pick and played college football at Minnesota.

The Browns waived safety Derrick Kindred on Monday and traded safety Jabrill Peppers to the New York Giants last month.
