A man found human remains on Cleveland's east side Monday afternoon.
According to Cleveland police, officers responded to the area of East 55th Street and Dribble Avenue at around 12:20 Monday afternoon after reports of a dead body.
Police say a man who was looking for scrap in a vacant field found a bag containing human remains.
The victim has yet to be identified. Homicide investigators and the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiners office responded to the scene to investigate.
The incident is still under investigation.
