Authorities are investigating after a body was found near a dumpster on Mobile Court off State Road in Old Brooklyn Thursday morning.
Police blocked off the area where the body was found. A witness said a city worker found the victim's body around 8:30 a.m.

The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office was called to the scene.
Cleveland police have no further information to release at this time.
