Suspect in deadly truck attack in New York City lived in Cuyahoga Falls in 2015

The suspect who allegedly carried out a deadly truck attack in New York City on Tuesday lived in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio in 2015. 

The suspect, who is in custody, was identified as 29-year-old Sayfullo Saipov.

Police say Saipov drove a Home Depot rental truck onto a jogging and bike path, killing eight people. 

5 On Your Side Investigators found Saipov lived at the Water's Edge Apartments on Americana Drive in Cuyahoga Falls in 2015.

Neighbors told News 5 Saipov moved out two years ago. 

Documents with the Ohio Secretary of State website show Saipov filed articles of organization for a Domestic Limited Liability

Company called Bright Auto LLC in 2013. The Stow address is listed on the documents. 

A marriage license obtained from the Summit County Court of Common Pleas shows Saipov married  Nozima Odilova, of Uzbestan in April 2013.

ABC News reports he has also lived in Tampa, Fla.

The suspect is reported to have screamed "Allahu Akbar" after the crash. The incident is being investigated as an act of terrorism.
