Three Akron woman are facing charges after police said they attacked a woman who was slotted to testify against one of them.
JoJuana White, 21, Ta-Naya White, 26, and J'Aire Whitlock, 18, were leaving Akron Municipal Court when they stepped into the elevator with two other women, one of whom had a pending assault case against White.
Police said the three suspects attacked the women while they were in the elevator.
All three women were charged with intimidating a witness and retaliation against a witness.
