Dead body found burning in open fire in Cleveland yard

The Cleveland Division of Fire responded to an open fire in a yard Saturday night and found a dead person burning among the fire.

The body has not been identified, but police believe it may be a man.

The Homicide Unit and the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Officer responded to the scene at 9100 Laisy Ave. The Fire Arson unit was also on scene.

A cause of death has still not been determined and this issue remains under investigation.

It was another violent weekend in Cleveland. A business owner was shot and killed in a robbery and three people were shot in the face. Two of the three people shot in the face have died.
