WESTLAKE, Ohio — The winter storm has left the roads slippery and many people are opting to stay home, which is prompting some businesses to close for the day.

Crocker Park, the popular shopping center in Westlake, announced on their Facebook account that a few stores had closed for the day with more closures expected to come.

CLE Clothing Co., Lush, Homage, Cara’s Boutique, and the Emily Roggenburk Gallery and Shop all announced they will be closing for the day due to weather and saftey concerns.

Many of the stores that announced they will be closed instructed shoppers to stay warm and safe in their homes.

In addition to closing for the safety of their employees, CLE Clothing Co. is offering an incentive to keep shoppers home and off the roads as well.

Online shoppers can get a 20 percent off coupon by viewing CLE Clothing Co.’s Instagram Story.

If enough snow continues to fall, expect more closures at Crocker Park.
