The eastbound lanes on Vine Street west of SR-2 were shut down Monday evening due to an overturned tractor-trailer, according to Willoughby police.
Police and fire crews were on scene and worked to clear up the crash, police said. They advised motorists to avoid the area to prevent other traffic problems. The overturned tractor-trailer was towed away at about 5:20 p.m.
