CLEVELAND — Emergency crews were called to the Flats Thursday afternoon just before 1:30 p.m. for a person reported in the water.
A Cleveland Fire Department spokesperson said firefighters responded to the 1000 block of Old River Road.
Authorities confirmed a man's body was found floating in an area where a break wall collects debris. It's not known how long he was in the water.
The body was transported to the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office.
