Three people have been arrested in connection with an assault that left a man dead on the west side earlier this month.

According to the U.S. Marshals, Holley Hentges, 41; Nicholas Franklin, 21; and a juvenile forced their way into the home of Charles Foster on June 18.

Once inside, the three allegedly assaulted the 49-year-old, causing him injuries that led to his death.

The arrest warrant states the three suspects were caught on surveillance video inside a convenience store near Foster's home.

Hentges and the minor were arrested at a home in the 2100 block of West 98th Street Thursday morning. Franklin was arrested a short time later at his home on West 83rd Street.
