UPDATE: Robert Rosson, 28, has turned himself into police.

-----------

Beachwood police are looking for a man they say is behind two hit-and-runs, one of them involving a child in a stroller.

Police identified the driver as 28-year-old Robert Rosson. Rosson's license is currently suspended for an OVI offense.

Police say a woman was crossing the road with her stroller when they were both hit. Her toddler, luckily, ended up with only a few cuts and scratches.

"The car went flying by, hit him, I got myself out of the way and got his license plate number," the woman said in dash camera video captured by Beachwood police.

Chief Gary Haba told News 5 Rosson hit another person before driving out of the area. He allegedly hit a witness who had followed him.

"On the opposite side of the mall, the suspect hit the witness vehicle before fleeing that scene," Chief Haba said.

He told News 5 Rosson could face several charges including hit-skip.

The car involved in the incident has been found, and returned to its owner.

The mother involved in the crash said she and her son are doing ok.
