Jenna Perry is a basketball player at Brush High School. She received the McDonald’s Student Athlete of Week honor.  She credits her mother for motivating her to succeed in athletics.

“My mom, she always pushed me to be the best I can be and I always looked up to her because she was always a good athlete,” Jenna said.

Jenna’s accomplishment in basketball include a school record for most three pointers made in a season. She’s  also a two-time All-Conference winner among other accolades.

Academically, she’s been in the gifted program since fifth grade and is in the top ten percent of her class.

Jenna explained, “I define good character by being the type of person that can be outgoing, can talk to anybody and just any situation they are put in, they can find a way to work with it.”
