A man was charged with public indecency after pleasuring himself at a high school playoff game in Mentor.
According to Mentor police, 57-year-old Robert Loughry of Geneva was observed pleasuring himself on Friday night by several attendees of a high school playoff game.
The attendees saw Loughry while he was parked at the Mentor Ice Arena and immediately told officers who were working stadium security.
Loughry was charged with public indecency, which is a misdemeanor offense.
