A pregnant 14-year-old girl who has been missing since Dec. 4 was spotted in Virginia last week.

Authorities say she is on the run with her fugitive cousin, who is also the father of her child.

The U.S. Marshals said 14-year-old Annalys Clay and 33-year-old Loius Jakab III were seen at a hotel in Fairfax, Virginia last Monday.

Police have been looking for the pair since the girl was reported missing by her mother.

The girl's mother, 36-year-old Helena R. Clay, was later chargedforlying to police about the circumstances involving the teen's disappearance.

Jakab is wanted by the United States Marshals Service on felony warrants in eight different jurisdictions. His charges include interfering with custody, robbery, theft, fraud, passing bad checks and receiving stolen property.

Court records show Jakab is also wanted for violating parole and he has a prior manslaughter conviction.

They were last seen in a 2017 black Audi A3 with an Ohio license plate marked as HED-3844.

A family member of the girl said this is not the first time she has run away with Jakab.  The two disappeared in late September and were found just before Thanksgiving. When the girl returned home, she was about two months pregnant, her family said.
