CLEVELAND — We all keep a secret or two. Amazon keeps dozens of them. We’re spilling some of the company’s tea a.k.a hidden features that could save you money. Please know, Amazon isn’t purposely hiding anything, you just have to be in the know, you know?

Many don’t know about the Amazon Outlet. There, you’ll find overstocked items with a timer letting you know when the deal expires. Every day, the deals go up to 82% off.

When people return packages, they go the Amazon Warehouse. In the Warehouse, you can shop the inventory and save up to 50 percent off on everything from appliances to electronics. Amazon quality checks everything and lets you know whether someone opened the item. There’s also an Amazon Warehouse Bargain Bin, where you’ll find discounts up to 70% off.

Have old devices laying around the house? You can trade in your old phones, tablets, textbooks, cameras, video games, and books and get an Amazon gift card. Shipping is included. The items must be in decent condition.
If you missed your return window and you can’t send it back, you can sell it for free on Amazon and name your price.

Sometimes your Amazon items don’t show up when promised, so there’s two remedies for this problem. First, give the Paribus app access to your email inbox and if an Amazon shipment is later than expected, Paribus walks you through the steps to remedy the situation. You can get gift cards or a free month of Prime. Another option is going to Contact Amazon, select “An Order I Placed, then select your order, select problem with an order, Shipping or Delivery issues and finally Shipment is late. If you don’t have Prime, Amazon will refund the shipping costs.
