The rally is being held next to Brecksville Road by the Brecksville Post Office and fire department.
The "Brecksville Rally for Justice" is a peaceful protest in support of black justice and an end to police brutality, organizer said.
The city has allowed protesters to park in the lot behind the post office, and has asked them to stay off the roads and away from the fire station in case of an emergency. Protesters are also asked to wear masks.
