Ohio parents are getting a say in their child's education.
This year, educators will help the Ohio Department of Education update the state's learning standards.
And now you can give your feedback too.
Parents and community members can reviews the standards and leave suggestions through a survey on the Ohio Department of Education website.
Participants can leave suggestions for one or more grade levels and subject areas through April 5.
Educators will assist in updating the standards this year, beginning with English language arts and math.
The Ohio Department of Education will focus on science, social studies and financial literacy starting in late 2016.
