An Akron school bus was involved in a crash Thursday morning while children were on board.
Akron Public Schools confirmed to newsnet5.com the crash happened while the bus was on the way to Jennings Middle School.
A car collided with the bus at 7:25 a.m. on East North Street and Stuber Road.
According to Akron schools, none of the children were hurt in the incident. The bus driver was taken to the hospital for evaluation.
The principal of Jennings Middle School arrived at the scene and met with parents. All of the students managed to get to class.
