More than a dozen car windows shot out overnight in Akron

Police are investigating more than a dozen reports of car windows being shot out overnight in Akron.

Authorities said they are investigating 19 reports between 9 p.m. Monday and 3 a.m. Tuesday.

Most of the damage was reported in northwest Akron. Streets affected include: Garman Road, Castle Boulevard, Treeside Drive, Nome Avenue, South Rose Blvd and Westover Drive.

Police told newsnet5.com it appears the windows were shattered by BB guns. 

No suspects have been identified.
