A student is accused of making threats of violence against Green High School, according to the Summit County Sheriff's Office.
The 17-year-old allegedly posted photos and made the threats on social media, prompting a lockdown Friday morning at the school.
Authorities searched the school and the lockdown was lifted soon after. The teen was later found at a home in Akron.
Charges have not been filed at this time but they may be forthcoming pending the outcome of the investigation, police said.
