We all know we should be exercising to stay healthy and fit - but it turns out most of us aren't following through on this suggestion.
A new report from Gallup and Sharecare, a health and wellness company, says Cleveland and Akron round out the bottom of the list of 189 cities in the U.S. where people exercise the most.
Cleveland is ranked 165 with 49.2 percent of people exercising at least three days a week, while Akron sits right at the bottom at 188 with 45 percent of people exercising at least three days a week.
The study shows most of the active cities are in the west.
Boulder, Colorado cinched the top spot with almost 70 percent of people leading an active lifestyle.
Across the nation, millennials are exercising more than those aged 18 to 29 did ten years ago.
