A 150-count re-indictment has been handed up against two people accused of unspeakable crimes against children.

The 65-page indictment from Cuyahoga County detailed horrible acts of which the most serious were committed between June and July of 2014.

Charges have been leveled against 40-year-old Andre Boynton and 37-year-old Anika George who is from North Royalton.  Not only does the indictment accuse these two of sexual acts against four boys under the age of 13 and one 14 year old girl who may have mental disabilities, but it also reported George took pictures and video. The prosecutor’s office stated it is not known if the pictures and video had been distributed.

George was arrested in August of 2014. Boynton was added this time around.

The prosecutor’s office said Boynton was already in prison for rape when he called George to orchestrate the encounters and he would listen on the phone while they were carried out.

The indictment includes 55 counts of rape, 19 counts of kidnapping, 7 counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and 1 count of trafficking in persons.  Plus, there are 42 counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance and more.

Some of the charges accuse Boynton and George of forcing the victims to engage in sexual acts on each other and with George.  It also stated most of the encounters happened in George’s North Royalton apartment.

Boynton is currently in prison and George is in a psychiatric hospital for evaluation.

If convicted, both Boynton and George face life in prison.
