A warrant has been issued for a Cleveland father's arrest after he allegedly rammed his child's head into the wall.
According to the warrant, Medrick Addison is wanted for causing severe physical harm to his 7-year-old. The warrant states the child has deep cuts and scrapes as a result of the "punishment" given by his father.
