Cleveland police say a 50-year-old man admitted to killing his wife at a residence in the 2000 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive Friday afternoon.
Henry Ashley, 51, was arrested after police said he showed up at the Fourth District Police Station and claimed he stabbed his wife after an argument.
When police arrived at the address, they found the body of the woman.
The woman has been identified as Francis Ashley, 50, of Cleveland.
