CLEVELAND — Drivers heading to the Flats on Friday may need to take another route.
The Center Street Swing Bridge will be closed due to an inspection.
The bridge will be closed from 9:30 a.m. until 2 p.m.
Drivers can take Columbus Road to Franklin Avenue to West 25th Street onto Main Avenue as another route.
