Graham was initially arrested on Monday around 1 p.m. for causing a disturbance at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.

Tuesday, Graham was arrested a second time when he returned to the airport.

According to the citations for the two incidents, Graham was allegedly intoxicated both times.

After Graham was arrested the second time, he was taken to a nearby hospital for an illness.

Authorities say when Graham was released later in the day, he returned to the airport for a third time. He was arrested again.

According to the city, Graham has been on restricted duty since his first arrest on Monday.
