The Cleveland Metroparks Zoo is offering free admission on Thanksgiving Day.
According to the Zoo's website, as a way to say thank you to the community for their support, they will be offering free admission to the Zoo and the Rainforest Cafe. Visitors to the Zoo can watch animals enjoy special holiday treats during enrichment demonstrations and utilize heated transportation throughout the Zoo.
The demonstrations are scheduled as follows:
10:00 a.m. Lions – African Savanna
10:30 a.m. Orangutans – The RainForest
11:00 a.m. Tigers – Northern Trek
11:30 a.m. Swamp Monkeys – Primate, Cat and Aquatics Building
12:00 p.m. Fossa – Primate, Cat and Aquatics Building
12:30 p.m. South American Fish – Primate, Cat and Aquatics Building
1:30 p.m. Francois’ Langurs – The RainForest
2:30 p.m. Elephants – African Elephant Crossing
3:30 p.m. Grizzly Bears – Wilderness Trek
