Cleveland police investigating five separate shootings in less than 12 hours

CLEVELAND — Cleveland police are investigating five separate shootings that happened within 12 hours.

The first shooting happened at 9 p.m. near West 93rd Street and Madison Avenue.

An 18-year-old man suffered a gunshot wound to the wrist and thigh.

He was transported to Metro Hospital in unknown condition.

The next shooting happened at Midnight near West 150th Street and Puritas Avenue.

A 46-year-old man suffered a gunshot wound to the arm and leg.

He was transported to Metro Hospital in unknown condition.

The third shooting happened at 3 a.m. on Payne Avenue.

An 18-year-old man suffered a gunshot wound to the right leg.

He was transported to South Point Hospital and treated for a flesh wound, according to police.

The next shooting happened at 5 a.m. at East 105th Street and Gooding Avenue.

The 34-year-old man arrived at the Cleveland Clinic with a gunshot wound to his leg.

The last shooting happened at East 144th Street and Glendale Avenue.

A 26-year-old man arrived at South Pointe Hospital via private vehicle with a gunshot wound to his lower left leg.

It is unknown if any arrests have been made in any of these shootings.
