CLEVELAND — Cleveland police are searching for a man who allegedly has been staring into residents’ windows while touching himself sexually.
On Dec. 28 around 4 a.m., the man was seen staring into a house in the 5900 block of Father Caruso Drive while he was masturbating, police said.
Less than 20 minutes later the man walked up to a house in the 1300 block of West 58th Street carrying a coffee mug, unzipped his pants and again, began touching himself.
The same man, wearing the same jacket, was seen in November walking around a home in the 1900 block of Columbus Road, looking into windows while touching himself, according to police.
Police describe the man as being around 35 to 45 years old and appears to consistently wear a red jacket with white stripes down the sleeves.
