Cleveland police and Elves and More teamed up to bring Christmas cheer to children in the Slavic Village neighborhood Sunday with a bike and toy giveaway.
More than 600 kids received new bicycles at the corner of East 57th Street and Fullerton Avenue. The founder of Elves and More said his volunteers built 1100 bikes in three hours for the children.
