A Strongsville meeting aimed at clearing confusion just seemed to add to it Thursday evening.
Dozens gathered to question Strongsville city officials about a highway off-ramp planned for a suburban residential street.
Ever since ODOT announced $3.5 million in funding for a proposed ramp connecting Interstate 71 to Howe Road two weeks ago, neighbors who live in the area have been sounding off on the City of Strongsville’s Facebook page.

And now they're also sounding off at city meetings.
"if you go along with this program, guarantee you, you're not gonna get my vote anymore,” one resident said at Thursday's meeting.
But the city's mayor says the massive traffic congestion comes from a mall expansion that residents voted for.
"I empathize with these people, but safety is safety,” said Mayor Tom Percniak.
The mayor said more than 100 accidents in town have required medical attention.
