CLEVELAND — Great Lakes Brewing Co.’s brewpub will be temporarily closed for renovations as the company expands and revamps the trendy hot spot for food and drinks.

The brewpub, located on Market Avenue in Ohio City, will close for renovations on Jan. 26 to expand the kitchen and remodel the dining area. The last business day will be Saturday, Jan. 25, according to the brewery.

Great Lakes Brewing Co. expects the brewpub to reopen around mid-February.

While the brewpub will be closed and tours will not be available, the brewery’s tasting room on Carroll Avenue will host events that will be open to the public. The gift shop will be open, as well as the brewery itself, so fans of Great Lakes Brewery Co. can still purchase the beer they love.

Great Lakes Brewing Co. will announce an exact reopening date on its Instagram and Twitter accounts.
