Cleveland police are investigating what appears to be a failed ATM smash and grab at the corner of Union and Broadway avenues.
Police and fire crews were called to the LoanMax around 3:40 a.m. Tuesday for a report of a truck into a building. When they arrived they found a pickup truck partially inside the building, just inches from an ATM.
The ATM and the truck were left in the building. The suspect or suspects had already fled.
