A man and a woman were shot in separate incidents on Monday, Cleveland police reported.
The man, 29, was shot at East 40th Street and Case Court, authorities said. He had multiple gunshot wounds and was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center.
Officials said a 36-year-old woman's shoulder was grazed by a bullet in the 900 block of Nathaniel Avenue. She was taken to University Hospitals for treatment.
