A 32-year-old man was arrested Friday morning after he was found sleeping on the Interstate 90 off-ramp to West 117th Street.
An Ohio State Highway Patrol trooper found the car running with the gear in 'park' around 6 a.m.
The trooper told newsnet5.com the man had drugs on the seat and a gun on the floor.
He was taken to the Ohio State Highway Patrol location in Brook Park.
