CLEVELAND — Cleveland Police are investigating a hit-and-run that left a man dead.
The crash happened on East 152nd Street near Waterloo Road.
When police arrived, they found a man dead in the street after being hit by a vehicle.
Police said the driver fled from the scene.
No arrests have been made.
