Marshals arrest man, woman accused of killing man in Buckeye-Shaker neighborhood

CLEVELAND — The U.S. Marshals have arrested two people who are accused of killing people in Ohio and Georgia.

On Jan. 20, 21-year-old Terril Jackson was shot in the head and face in the 2800 block of East 130th Street.

Jackson's possessions were also stolen.

Marshal's arrested Emani Nickerson-Skanes, 21, and Robert Foots, 25, on Wednesday in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Nickerson-Skanes is accused of a similar crime in Georgia.

“The US Marshals are fully committed to targeting violent criminals in cities like Cleveland and Milwaukee. Today’s arrests are great examples of the extensive reach of the law enforcement partners involved," U.S. Marshal Peter Elliott said.
