By transforming the property into an Amazon Fulfillment Center, at least 1,200 new full-time jobs will be created in Northeast Ohio. The Port Authority has committed $123 million in taxable lease bonds to create the 855,000 square foot fulfillment center.
A timeline for the project has not been released to the public.
